Block level SMC, SMDC training in Phek district

Phek, March 18 (MExN): The block level School Management Committee (SMC) & School Management & Development Committee (SMDC) training was conducted in Phek district.

It was led by the team leader from the State Mission Office Kohima- Dr Chumbeni Kikon, joint mission director along with Vilvino, Special officer, Rukuzo Hoshi, coordinator and Vinoka Zhimo, coordinator.

The training started from Phek block on February 28 (105 participants), Meluri Block on March 1 (104 participants), Pfutsero block on March 4 (112 participants) and Chozuba block on March 7 (107 participants).

Topics on roles and responsibilities of SMC/ SMDC, School Grants, Inclusive Education, Children with Special Needs, vocational education, school safety, NIPUN Bharat were covered during the training by the State Mission Authority.
