KOHIMA, APRIL 7 (MExN): The Bright Lights, a young children and teen’s choir from Dimapur returned after giving a stunning performance at Laitkor, Shillong.

The event celebrated the culture of the North East and was hosted by Lieutenant General Pradeep Chandran Nair, AVSM, YSM and attended by officers and soldiers, and their families from the Police, the Army, Air Force, Assam Rifles and the central Armed Police Forces.

Bright Lights children’s choir, one of the countries finest children’s choir has been balancing a tight schedule of performances, taking music to the world.  With international shows done in Bangkok, Vietnam and many in the country, Bright Lights is lighting the way for young talented kids in Nagaland.

Mentored by Bethel Tsuzu, an accomplished pianist and musician, Bright Lights choir is a flagship of TaFMA (Task Force for Music and Arts), Government of Nagaland, according to Dr. Hovithal Sothu, project director TaFMA.
