Senapati, April 26 (MExN): The CAO, Shepoumaramth Region, NSCN (IM) has warned businesses against hoarding of commodities and artificially hiking prices. In this regard, a press release from the CAO informed that it will continue “Surprise Fact Finding Activities” against hoarding of goods, creating artificial scarcity of essential commodities, price hike, black marketing and selling of goods without manufacturing and expiry details.
It added, “Any business people in the district selling any item above the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) or price as fixed by the concerned competent authority/Administration in the district shall invite necessary action.”
