Central govt schemes highlighted at BJP Minority Morcha prog

Dimapur, August 27 (MExN): The Minority Morcha of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Dimapur district had a tour programme with Ghaspani I & II Mandals at TL Angami Park on August 26. Makibur Rahman, President, BJP Nagaland State Minority Morcha was the chief guest, while Dr. Ajit Mech, retired CAMO, Nagaland was the special invitee.  

Rahman highlighted the various schemes of the Government of India – Ministry of Minority Affairs, initiated for the uplift of the minority communities of the country, stated a release from Biplab Sangma, President, BJP Minority Morcha, Dimapur district. The chief guest further urged the gathering to join and work with the party for a corruption free government and all round development.  

Dr. Ajit pointed out various social and medical schemes initiated by the BJP led government at the centre for the downtrodden people, the release added.  

During the interactive session, the chief guest cleared the doubts of the gathering, according to the release.  

Chaired by Biplab Sangma, the programme started with opening prayer by Pastor Hanshton K. Sangma, Believers Church, Ekrani Pathar. Welcome address was delivered by Richard Haolai, General Secretary, BJP Minority Morcha, Dimapur district.
