Mon, December 22 (MExN): Minister, RD & REPA, CL John as chief guest inaugurated Chenloisho Wangto Village under Mon District on December 21. The chief guest encouraged the people to walk in unity and advised other clans to settle in the village for smooth functioning of society.
Guest of Honour, Angh of Chenmoho Village, Yemwang advised the villagers to live up to the expectation in order to move forward.
SDO (Civil) Chen urged the villagers to start their journey with unity and understanding for smooth functioning of the village/society.
Manching from DRDA encouraged the people to utilise the government fund properly for the development of the village while Vice President of KU, Wangmao Ahng of Chenloisho Village, Khotai Chenmoho also delivered short speech.
Executive Secretary KBBB Rev. Chemyuh Konyak dedicated the Chenloisho Wangto Village monolith. Speaking on Clean Election, he urged all to choose the right leader and not to misuse their valuable vote for cash or kind.
It was stated in a press release that the chief guest also inaugurated Local Ground of Chenloisho Wangto village which was constructed under BADP 2014 – 15, Road Connectivity from Chenloisho to International Boarder constructed under BADP 2014 – 2015, Government Primary School Building Chenloisho Wangto Village constructed under (BADP) 2017 – 2018, Government Primary School building Chenloisho Hozu Constructed under SSA 2013 – 2014, Angh Residence of Chenloisho Hozu.
He also released local album with the title “Lolih Wang Song” Vol. 3, by Waan Pan Club Chenloisho.
