Dimapur, March 25 (MExN): There could be some headway to the case of children who were rescued from an illegal home in Jaipur on March 12. The latest report received here says that the government of Nagaland is in the process of “home verification”, which is to verify the home addresses and families of the rescued children in order to ensure that the children are repatriated to their parents and that they are not re-trafficked. Meanwhile, the CEO of FXB India Suraksha, expressed concern over the health of the children and said thorough medical assessment should be taken of the children. She mentioned the children are “wobbly” owing to being cramped in small room, which restricted physical movement while at the home. She also added that some children from Nagaland will need more counseling “because of the degree of abuse”.
It has also been informed that the wife of Jacob John who had reportedly escaped yesterday during a raid at the Grace Home has been arrested.
