Addressing the conference as the guest speaker, Kezhokhoto Savi, advocate & social activist, legal advisor to CTAN talked about the poor quality of roads and buildings in the state and encouraged the engineers to be agent of infrastructure development through their technical knowledge. He also told the civil engineers not to violate ethics of technicality.

Imtisunep, SDO (PWD) told the civil engineers to focus on few standard books instead of many and apply the concepts learned in mock tests and improve oneself since the competitive exams are becoming very dynamic and unpredictable.
CEAN president Er. Choice Pielie said that the conference provides platform to celebrate the achievements made by its members who are working in government sectors, private sectors, entrepreneurs, consultants, contractors, policy makers and in nation building.
CEAN was formed in 1990 to fight corruption and to address the rights of the members to the right authorities wherever necessary, he said.

“It has brought about some changes in the NPSC exam as well,” he added.
Today, CEAN rejoice in reaping the fruit of 58 young officers from the sacrifices we made running from office to office fighting for post to be requisitioned for exams, he said.
CEAN has strength of 702 members registered with 10 executives and 3 advisors, Pielie said and assured that the Association will continue to grow towards truth, justice and excellence.
