This is in reference to the write up ‘ To burst or not to burst’’ (pun intended) which was published in your esteemed paper on 13th January 2012, the writer wishes to clarify that the mentioned organization KVSU is not part of the organization that banned the bursting of crackers. The mention of the KVSU in the article was an information error which is deeply regretted. Further, the writer also wishes to state that the write up was not intended to hurt any sentiments to either of the organizations mentioned. The article was purely written as a personal observation and did not attempt to malign or defame any organizations/individual.
