CM interacts with US India Business Council

Explores investment opportunities available in Nagaland

Kohima, August 31 (MExN): Chief Minister, TR Zeliang on Thursday interacted with the members of US India Business Council (USIBC) on training and skill up-gradation of youths in Nagaland for entrepreneurship development, self-employment and industrial promotion.  

CMO Nagaland in a press release stated that the Chief Minister explained to the members of USBIC on the investment opportunities available in Nagaland especially in the sectors such as agriculture and allied departments, exploration of oil, minerals, mines, infrastructures, tourism, health care, etc in response to which members of USIBC expressed keen interest in partnering with the State Government of Nagaland on skill development, entrepreneurship and industrial promotion in the State by utilizing the natural and human resources available in the State.  

The meeting was attended by Mmhonlumo Kikon, Minister for Geology, Mining & Border Affairs, Dr. Neiprozo Keditsu, Parliamentary Secretary, Labour & Employment, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and Er. Levi, Parliamentary Secretary, Housing.
