DIMAPUR, FEBRUARY 14 (MExN): A fundraising event ‘Coffee for a cause’ was held in aid an orphanage home in Dimapur on February 14.
‘The Better Dimapur’ organised the event which saw Alobo Naga along with other artists participating during the programe held to raise aid for Ebenezer Orphanage Home, Indisen village, Dimapur.
The event originated after the home advertised online the sale of their Dish TV set top box to pay schools fees for children of the home. The post was selling the set top box for Rs 1500.
Bambi Kevichusa from A Better Dimapur delivered the invocation and welcome address to start off the programme.
Dream Works Taekwondo Academy was the opening act for the event. The programme also saw performances by Nungshi Yanger, Rokoseno Zhasa, Prakash Gurung, Lapla Tungoe, Nana Secü, ZT Sling Shot & Wetsoteü, and Nishan Narginari.
Alobo Naga pronounced the vote of thanks.
