Zunheboto, April 23 (MExN): A coordination meeting of medical, administration and police department was held at CMO Office Zunheboto on April 23.
The meeting discussed matters regarding transportation of sample collection. It was decided that District Hospital, CHC, PHC 24X7 will be designated as sample collection booth while the Police department will be responsible to bring out sample collection team, Contact Tracing team, Designated and Isolation ward duty, death body management and transportation team for both district and block level.
Dr Khehokhu Chishi, Chief Medical Officer, Zunheboto in a press release said the house decided to conduct mock drill for containment plan after 2nd phase of training and have co-ordination meeting at least once or twice in a week.
Some of the other matters discussed were highlight and briefing about Contact tracing team, Incident response system (Medical, Police and Administration), Strategy about Containment plan, to collect the name and contact number of each household under Zunheboto Sadar by concerned GB, DTF to take care of POL and refreshments for police i.e., Sample Collection Team, Re-sensitize of all teams within this month, To bring out rooster for training 2nd phase, to make videography on the use of PPE for dissemination of information and awareness during Re-sensitization training.
It was also decided that next meeting will be held at SP Office Zunheboto on April 30.
