Kohima, April 19 (MExN): The ongoing six-week special induction training for NCS (Probationers) 2023 Batch sponsored by Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms, Government of Nagaland commenced on April 11 and is being conducted at Administrative Training Institute by Centre for Policy Research, New Delhi.
The training will cover topics on values and skills for the 21st century civil servant, essential knowledge: overarching issues and sector knowledge, a DIPR report stated.
The resource persons are Deepak Sanan (IAS retd), Senior Visiting Fellow, Dr Mekhala Krishnamurthy, Senior Fellow and Dr K Rahul Sharma, Fellow who are all associated with the State Capacity Initiative at Centre for Policy Research, New Delhi and other subject experts from diverse fields.
