Delivering the message as the Special Guest, Vekhozo Ringa, State Coordinator, SSA, Nagaland, said that only hard labour can help achieve one’s dreams. “There is no short-cut to success,” he asserted and added that it is only by trying that one can know their potential and capabilities.
In his Presidential Address, Mhakhoyi Nyekha, President CTCSU challenged the students to dare to dream of what may seem impossible and encouraged them to dream big, and that they can achieve the best out of what they could; which is “Excellence”.
He further stated that excellence is an internally driven force and is manifested in attitudes, which relies on commitment and hard work.
Excellence can only be proved when we work together and are defined in the collaborative and collective effort, he said and called on the students to work together, refine and define the meaning of ‘Excellence’ and achieve the dreams which many would dare to dream of.
Other highlights of the day included release of yearly bulletin “The Insight” and Folk tunes presented by the Women Welfare Society Chozuba Town.
