Dimapur: Chen Union Dimapur has informed that the 18th Session - general body meeting will be held on Saturday, April 19 2014. The programme will start at 10:30 am at Union Treasurer (opposite to BSF camp, Half Nagarjan).
Every Chen individual(s) residing in and around Dimapur district are requested to attend the programme positively, irrespective of either programme copy has reached one or not. Failure to attend the general body meeting by the Registered Household (representative) shall prompt the Union to impose fine of Rs.100 (rupee one hundred only) on the incumbent. No separate individual intimation will be given to attend the general body meeting. Members are also requested to submit agendas if any to K. Chenlip Yakha Saiymn, General Secretary through information Secretary.
The new member(s) who have not taken one time - Household Registration in the Union, are requested to take registration with Rs.500/- (rupee five hundred only) in the Union. All the Chen individuals living in and around Dimapur District shall compulsorily take Membership Registration for April 2014- April 2015 term in the Union with fee of Rs.20/- (rupee twenty only) each per individual. Those who failed to get themselves registered (household or membership) with the Union shall not be entitled to avail the services and benefits from or of the Union. The Union also informs that those member(s) who have not yet cleared the Union General Fund raising (as per Resolution: 15- Clause-B) - Category Wise, to clear the same, as revised amount is expected by next term if not cleared by 19th of April, 2014.
