Phek, January 30 (DIPR): DC & DEO, Phek, Shanavas C, IAS in a notice informed to all the vehicle owners/drivers/handyman whose vehicles were requisitioned for State Assembly Election, 2018 under Phek District to collect application form for Postal Ballot (Form-12) from their concerned Returning Officers (Pfutsero/Chizami/Chozuba/Phek/Meluri) during Office hour after which the same should be filled-in with details of applicants SI. No./Part No./Name of the Assembly Constituency, and submit to their concerned Returning Officer on or before 10th February 2018.
