DEO office Peren informs

Peren, September 18 (MExN): Office of the District Education Officer, Peren has informed all the Headmasters/ Asst. Headmasters/ JEOs/ AEOs to personally appear in the Directorate from September 21 to 26 for verification and self attestation of their documents to be forwarded to the Directorate of Treasuries and Account.  

The office will not be held responsible for any officer not getting their pay slip in the event they fail to comply with above directive, stated a press release from L. Toshimenla Imchen, Deputy District Education Officer, Peren.  

The release informed that for regular employees, the below mentioned particulars should be furnished at the time of verification – Updated leave account, HSLC admit card for DOB proof; medical fitness certificate; photocopy of Service Book first page with passport size photo; House Rent Allowance (HRA) – Particular for claiming HRA, Non-availability Certificate of Government Quarter, House Ret Assessment, Estimate for House Rent Allowance, Specification, Annexure l & III (signed by HOD), Certificate from the house owner, Quarter allotment Certificate; Promotion order/ up-gradation order; Charge Report; LPC; IPS; Incumbency List and Post Continuation.  

For fresh appointees, educational qualification, admit cards, and mark sheets from Matric onwards will be needed. Meanwhile, contract employees will have to produce Agreement Deed. All documents are to be photocopied and self attested (sealed) by the officer concerned, the release added.
