Dept’l coordination meetings held in Bhandari, Medziphema and Chozuba

Kohima, January 12 (MExN): The monthly departmental coordination meetings of the Bhandari, Medziphema and Chozuba Sub-Divisions were held on January 12. 

Chairing the meeting held at the conference hall of the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Bhandari, SDO (Civil) Sulanthung Lotha reviewed the activities of the Block Task Force for COVID-19 and resolved to continuously render their service as frontline workers. Lotha also called upon the medical department to be prepared with all available resources to effectively face any situation that may arise due to the current resurging scenario of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The meeting also resolved to hold the departmental sports week and set up a five-member committee to carry out the necessary measures. It further chalked out plans for the upcoming 73rd Republic Day celebration on January 26 and assignments were delegated to the different departments.

The SDO (Civil) reminded the officers and their staff to continue to remain in the station on regular basis to render their services to the public.

In Medziphema, departments were various entrusted work assignments for the Republic Day celebration by the SDO Civil, Tokai V Sumi.

At the meeting, ADC Imsongmeren further reminded the heads of offices on their duties and urged them to coordinate and execute the tasks sincerely for the successful celebration of the Republic day. 

The Chozuba meeting also deliberated on the upcoming Republic Day and new Covid-19 restrictions and SOPs issued by the State Government.
