Dimapur, August 20 (MExN): The Dimapur Forest Division and 90.8 Hills FM have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to renew their collaboration on public awareness and communication around forests, wildlife and environmental conservation for six months, from August 2026 to January 2027.
The MoU was signed at the office of the Dimapur Forest Division on August 20.
Under the partnership, the two organisations will use community radio and digital communication to disseminate information on forest and wildlife conservation, biodiversity, environmental awareness and other initiatives of the Forest Division.
The renewed partnership builds on the existing collaboration between the two organisations, with both sides seeking to bring forest and environmental issues closer to the public through accessible communication, informed an update from the 90.8 Hills FM.
90.8 Hills FM, described as Nagaland’s first community radio station, uses radio and digital platforms to inform, engage and connect communities on issues of public interest.
