Dimapur, October 13 (MExN): The Dimapur District Welfare Officer Hutoi Sema has informed that payment of Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme (IGNOAPS), Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme (IGNDPS) and other financial assistance for people with disabilities and the totally blind, would begin from October 25, at the DWO office in Diphupar.
All the council chairpersons and the Anganwadi workers of respective projects have been requested to bring the payment book and collect the payment of the beneficiaries according to the following schedule: October 25-26 for Medziphema; October 27-28 for Niuland; October 29 and 30 for Kuhuboto; November 1 to 3 for Dimapur Urban; November 5, 6 and 8 for Dimapur Rural, and November 9-10 for Dhansiripar. The payments would commence from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
