Kohima, April 13 (DIPR): Payment of II World War Veteran Pension, Grant-in-aid, Book Grant, Distress grant, Funeral grant, marriage grant and medical treatment for serious disease from State and ESM Welfare Fund will be disbursed as per details given below:-
Payment shall be made to the veterans only on production of Pension Book or to the next of kin on production of original discharge certificate/death certificate if the veteran is not alive (expired in this financial year) duly attested by Cl-I Gazetted Officer. Other payment shall be made on production of Identity Card issued by Zila Sainik Welfare Offices.
