Those who win election are the political leaders but, society leaders are the one that we have selected. • This question is irrelevant in the present scenario. If anyone is aware of the political reality of the world, then, one should not fool the innocent Naga people with jargons like “shared future”. One can dream, but one have to realistic and honest to oneself and more importantly to the common and ignorant public.

• This is a difficult question because we need a blend of both young and old. The old have the wisdom and experience but unfortunately do not have the grace to respect the opinions of the young people. In fact they are so parochial in their outlook that they negate the presence of young people. On the other hand, young people with all their knowledge and exposure come across as being arrogant and cocky. The now it all attitude is a deterrent. We need serious introspection whether old or young.
