Kohima, April 29 (MExN): The three-day free screening and early intervention camp for children with disabilities, organised by the Bumblebee Society in Kohima will culminate on April 30.
The camp is designed to deliver comprehensive assessments and early interventions, including occupational therapy, speech and audiology services, physical assessments, dental and eye screenings, along with Aadhaar enrolment and social protection linkages.

To date, over 70 children have availed the services provided.
The camp reflects a shared commitment to improving access to early interventions and essential services for children with disabilities in Nagaland, where such support often remains limited or inaccessible, stated a press release received here.
The collaboration partners for this camp includes Holy Family Hospital’s Early Intervention Team (New Delhi); District Early Intervention Centre (DEIC), Kohima under National Health Mission; The Entrepreneurs Associates (tEA), Kohima; Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Kohima.
