Tuensang, September 21 (MExN): The Eastern Nagaland Dobashis’ Union has expressed shock over the demise of its two members – Longphen Phom, DB under EAC Yongnyah in Longleng district and Chinglem Phom, Spl Grade of Deputy Commissioner’s office, Longleng. Longphen passed away on September 6, while Chinglem died on September 9, the union informed in a condolence message.
As government servants, the two served with dedication, honesty, and loyalty in all their assigned responsibilities and duties setting an example for the active members of the union, it acknowledged.
“In their demise the union has lost very promising members,” the union stated, adding the vacuum created will be felt and difficult to fill in. Meanwhile, the members of the union expressed deep sorrow and pain and prayed to God to grant solace to the bereaved family.
