Expired goods and liquor seized and destroyed in Bhandari Town

A combined team of Bhandari District Administration, Police, Bhandari Town Eloe Hoho and Bhandari Town Student's Union led by ADC Nchumbemo Odyuo and EAC Bodi Kapfo conducted a surprise checking of expired goods and sale of illicit liquor in Bhandari Town on Wednesday. At the raid, a large quantity of expired goods and few bottles of illicit liquor was seized and destroyed at the office compound of ADC. Two wholesale dealers were penalized with monetary fine along with stern warning to check the labels before importing the goods to Bhandari.
