FGN condoles

Dimapur, June 19 (MExN): The Naga Army, Federal Government of Nagaland (FGN) extended condolence to the bereaved family members and relatives of Brigadier Mamho, son of Dietholhou of Rüsoma Village, 6th Bn. 2nd Brigade, Western Command, Naga Army who passed away on June 18.

Gen Tavecho Lala, Commander-in-Chief, Naga Army, FGN expressed deep grief and shock and stated that late Mamho joined National Defence Service on November 1956 and faithfully served the nation till his last breath. Remembering him as a true patriot, Gen Tavecho stated that late Mamho’s demise was a great loss for the Naga Army.

“His true sacrifice for the Naga Nation shall always remain alive in the history of the Nation,” he stated while conveying condolences and praying for his soul to rest in peace.
