Dimapur, June 11 (MExN): Nagaland-based entrepreneur and investor, Yanren Kikon has released a book titled, ‘Finding Hope: Principles of a Successful Race,’ a textual journey that “traces the visceral underpinning of deeply personal experiences that led to some of the most well-known personalities from the Naga Diaspora emerging triumphant from abject adversity.”

Kikon published the book on March 5, 2021 and it was dedicated with a prayer by Rev Dr P Dozo.

The book is written in the spirit of autobiography and woven in the personality of motivation for anyone in pursuit of excellence, or happiness, or success, whichever fits the goals of the reader, a release received here stated.

It runs a gamut of eminent Naga personalities including Governor’s Award winning illustrator Sandemo Ngullie; fashion designer Bambi Kevichusa; rock musician Mao Subong; Konyak Naga’s first military officer Tongong Konyak; missionary Rev Dr Phuveyi Dozo; Naga musical legend Methaneilie Jutakhrie.

“Finding Hope: Principles of a Successful Race is an extremely personal prism through which the author wishes to project the resilience, art and faith of his subjects to a generation that’s struggling to reconcile their history of violence, corruption and indolence with their hunger to make a mark in a world full of obstacles yet, too, full of opportunities,” the release added.

Besides being an entrepreneur, Yanren Kikon is certified financial analyst and a classically trained musician with artistic management and performance credentials in the US and Europe for about two decades. He is also the director of financial management services Straton Financial Services, besides being the CEO of Sky Entertainment.

Kikon and his wife Vebazolu Kikon, have two children Merangti Erwin Kikon and Zizolu Kikon.
