MON, December 30 (MExN): A fire incident at Yaksu Yakshu Village under Mopong circle of Mon District, on December 29, has gutted four houses.

Six other houses were also dismantled and partially damaged during the incident. Yakshu Village is located about110 Kms away from Mon District HQ.
According to a press release, after the incident, the Mon District Legal Services Authority (MDLSA) team led by M Moba, Panel Lawyer, Eshang PLV and H Wangba PLV of Mopong Legal Aids Clinics is providing guidance and assistance to the fire victims. Various NGO leaders of Mopong Circle were present and provided assistance, the release said.
