First Hip Hop/R&B Crew ‘STILL RHYMING’ From Northeast (Nagaland) to ‘HIT VH1 HIT FACTORY’

For the first time ever, a Hiphop/R&B crew from North-east managed to hit ‘Vh1 Hit Factory’ with their first official Music Video ‘Give Peace a Chance’. The music video can be watched on Vh1 at different timings of the day.

The Hiphop/R&B Crew ‘STILL RHYMING’ which hails from Dimapur, Nagaland has released their first official music video on 4th August last year which is recorded and released at Tribes Music & Media Lab, Dimapur. According to STILL RHYMING, the song has been composed keeping in mind about the different problems faced by us and the people of the world and with solutions of how to eradicate and cure those problems. This video has also won the ‘Best Music Video Award’ at the Annual Music Awards of Nagaland, 2012 concluded in the month of September.

STILL RHYMING was formed in the mid’s of 2011, consisting of two Hiphop/R&B artist ‘Rhymez Disguised and Doak 17’ both childhood high school mates who has the same hobby, taste and great interest in poetry, painting and intense love for quotes. They are keen at composing ‘Club Song, urban pop, reggae, alternative rap and so on’. They are keen at composing ‘Club Song, urban pop, reggae, alternative rap and so on’. They have also released a demo album titled ‘Shooting Star’ which is available at different store in Dimapur.

STILL RHYMING have also performed at different shows including, NE Agri Expo. 2012, The Annual Pageant Miss. Dimapur 2012, The Annual Music Awards of Nagaland, 2012, Jumping Bean Café, Pre-Christmas Open Air Concert held at Clock Tower Junction and many other private gigs and parties too.
