Dimapur, September 10 (MExN): The first Memorial Lecture of Iza Sutoli Yeptho K. Tsaikha Shohe Foundation was held at Jambo-Kheka (JK) building, Nepali Bosti, Dimapur on the 5th death anniversary of Sutoli Tsaikha on September 9. The theme of the lecture was ‘A woman of noble character’ (Ruth 3:11).
Pukhayi Sumi, Advisor, Soil & Water Conservation and NSDMA, who was present at the event, said, “The essence of a happy family is to repose love, faith and honour, which is cherished by all individuals.”
Besides other speakers, Dr. Kiyeho Yeptho, principal, Living Bible College (LBC) Ayinato, Vihokhu village, shed light on the memorial lecture. “A woman of substance is noted by the charity deeds and positive attitude towards uplifting the community as an integral part,” he stated, according to a press release from Atovi Sumi, former MLA, Program Convenor.
The Foundation donated and handed over a cheque to the principal and chairman of LBC to give a facelift to the college, the release added.
‘Female Voice’ of the NCRC (S) Dimapur presented a rhapsody, while Rev. Ahoshe Sema, Pastor, NCRC (S) Dimapur offered Foundation’s dedicatory prayer.
