Dimapur, July 14 (MExN): The Khiamniungan Tribal Council (KTC) has extended support to Nagaland Foothill Road Coordination Committee (NFHRCC) appeal to the state government to put into action the Nagaland Assembly Resolution adopted on September 22, 2022 by taking up the foothills project under NEC during the Financial Year 2023-2024 in the interest of the Naga public at large. The KTC President, M Thangou and General Secretary, NSM Pakhiu in a press release said, while appreciating the able leadership of Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio and his colleagues, assured full support to the noble initiatives. The council further appealed to the state government to take up the foothills road project on priority without any further delay.
