Dimapur, June 15 (MExN): The former Governor of Nagaland P B Acharya has mourned the demises of actor Sushant Singh Rajput who passed away on June 14. “As former Governor of Nagaland I am pained to know that actor Sushant is no more. I salute him on behalf of all Nagas,” Acharya wrote in a condolence note. He also recollected that three years back when there was natural calamity and on our appeal for help Sushant reached Dimapur and contributed Rs One crore to relief. “He spoke to me (Governor) and wanted to meet. But it was 4 hours road journey to Kohima. He wanted to go back on next flight. Nobody responded like this. I was overwhelmed with his spirit of Patriotism. We Nagas salute him and pray Almighty that his soul rest in Peace,” the former Governor of Nagaland added.
