GCZ crowdfunding raises money for Alahuto landslide affected families

ZUNHEBOTO, JULY 25 (MExN): Green Club Zunheboto (GCZ) through its project ‘Humanity First’ started a crowdfunding for the Alahuto landslide affected families. 

According to a press release issued by GCZ president, Tavinto K Sumi, the crowdfunding initiative received positive response from people within the state and outside raising Rs 2, 30,943 in just three days. 

The amount was distributed to the 12 affected families in the presence of the newly elected Ward No-5 Councilor Vikheshe Aye, Ward Disaster management Authority Alahuto and GB Tavinto K. Sumi, the press release stated. 

GCZ President stated that though the crowdfunding was started by the club, without the support from the generous donors it would not have been possible and credit goes to all the generous donors for making the project a huge success.  The club further conveyed its gratitude to all the generous donors and organizations who came forward positively to the crowdfunding.
