GHC Kohima bench launches High Court CIS

The Gauhati High Court, Kohima Bench today launched High Court Case Information System (CIS) Version 1.0 at a function held in its office premises.

Developed by National Informatics Centre (NIC), this site was formally launched by Justice S.Serto, Portfolio Judge, Gauhati High Court Kohima Bench.

Serto said that it was a milestone for GHC Kohima bench that High Court Case Information System has gone online today.

With this, he said the citizens will now be able to view all the information regarding the court cases on website.
Neiko Akami, registrar GHC Kohima Bench said that the main agenda of launching High Court Case Information System is to let the citizen to access the court status/court cases.

The system also aims to provide transparency of information to the litigants and advocates to help the judicial administration in streamlining its activities.

One can now log on kohimahighcourt.gov.in and access the site. Amento Assumi, programmer Gauhati High Court Kohima bench made a power point presentation while Lanusungkum Aier, Additional State Informatics Officer, eCourts Coordinator NIC Nagaland also delivered short speech.

Sushanta Kumar Mondal, State Informatics Officer, NIC Nagaland State Centre also present on the occasion.
