Zunheboto, May 26 (MExN): The principal and head master of GHSS and GHS under Zunheboto district are informed to collect the UDISE Data Capture Format (DCF) immediately from the DEO office during office hours. The filled up format should reach the same office on or before June 3, failing which the School authority would be held responsible for any loss to the school.
The schools are also informed to constitute the School Management and Development Board (SMDC) and submit the list of the members and also bring the SMDC Saving Account number of the Nationalized Bank. The Bank account which has been opened earlier should be submitted after changing the specimen signature by current in charges. The old bank account should be revived even if it has not been used for long time, as the SMDC account number which is in the record of the State and Central authorities cannot be changed. This should be submitted along with the UDISE Data Capture Format on June 3 without fail.
