KOHIMA, JANUARY 20 (MExN): The Governor of Nagaland has issued official notice to recognize Tikhir as a separate Naga tribe. The notice released through the Nagaland State Home Department said “this is issued with the approval of the Cabinet conveyed vide letter no CAB-212013, dated January 20, 2022 of Cabinet Secretariat (Cabinet Cell).”
