Kohima, August 24 (MExN): The Gorkha Public Panchayat Kohima in association with Gorkha NGOs will be observing the Balidan Diwas in memory of Major Durga Malla, Capt. Neikezhakuo Kenguruse and other martyrs at Gorkha Public Panchayat Complex, Chandmari Kohima on August 25, 3:00 pm. A Memorial Service is also organised on the same day at 2nd World War Cemetery at 6:30 am.
