DIMAPUR, APRIL 7 (MExN): The GPRN/NSCN today cleared the air on the circumstances of the suspension of its former Kilo Kilonser, Vitoi Aye from the party and the government. A press note from the MIP of the GPRN/NSCN said: “traditionally, Naga society treats its senior citizens with honour, dignity and utmost respect. More so in the Naga National service. The GPRN/NSCN had tried its best not to reveal the circumstance leading to the suspension of its former Kilo Kilonser Vitoi Aye from the party and government.” However, the GPRN/NSCN alleged that after joining the NSCN (IM), the Kilo Kilonser “claimed to be…with very clean record as a national worker.” “The truth is, on March 12, 2016, he was suspended from the party for six months for breaching party discipline B (morality) No. 3 (d) and (e), and was relieved from the Kilo Kilonser’s assignment replaced by the present Kilo Kilonser, Seyochung Sangtam the same day,” it added.
