Indeed, we get a very high salary from the government as compared to other employees, hence, we must question and retrospect ourselves whether we are dedicated to our duties up to the satisfaction of others or not, let us be fair and honest with our works of today for tomorrow we will reap it again,” Kapfo stated.
In order to bring a change in a school, he added, an administrator should be more sincere, regular, disciplined, punctual and cooperative so that fellow staffs will also follow the footprints. The SDEO maintained that morning assemblies are golden platform to build the leadership of children where they can pave their ways and lives in true Christian spirit.
He further noted that an administrator should maintain justice in every kind of dealing. Distribution of subject to the subject teacher should be made according to the choice, expertise or interest of the subject teacher as far as practicable. He also asked to supervise and monitor the performance of subject teacher and classes from time to time, conduct weekly test within the topic covered in a week. Conducting frequent teachers’ meeting was another suggestion along with arranging special classes for higher classes.
