DIMAPUR, APRIL 4 (MExN): The United Muay Association India (UMAI) has selected Hemavi Ayemi from Nagaland to lead the National Muay Thai Team as National team Coach for Muay Thai World championship in Thailand from May 3 to 13.
20 Muay Thai athletes have been selected from all over India out of which 2 Naga atheletes from the All Nagaland Amateur Muay Thai Association will be part of the national team. They are Manyum Konyak (-54kg Elite category), and Yoto Chizo (-67 kg U-23 category).
The national team will be leaving Thailand on May 3.
