Kisama | December 7:Hipfest- the Hornbill International Photo Fest (Photo Contest) under the theme “Colour of Hornbill Festival” took place here today under the aegis of XL Foundation in-collaboration with state tourism department. Menuolhoulie Kire won the first prize and awarded with a cash prize of Rs.15,000 while Neel Prachurya Baruah bagged 2nd prize and pocketed a cash prize of Rs.10,000. Moanochet Amer stood third position and awarded with a cash prize of Rs.5000. The four consolation prize winners included Anjan Kumar, Vikhor Tepa, Kekhrie Zakie and Sree Sailam P.
