Dimapur, June 29 (MExN): Th Muivah on his visit to Wokha on June 27 last has urged the people to remove doubts from their minds with regards to some propaganda against NSCN’s political leaning.
He said:”I didn’t go to China to sell my Christ.” Again he asserted:”I have the courage to speak the truth and please try to understand the truth”, stated the NSCN/ GPRN in a press note.
The note stated that the Chairman of Kyong Hoho Yansathung Jami in his welcome address to Ato Kilonser said:”It is believe that whenever any decision is taken in Kyong soil it bears fruits. Therefore I am optimistic that your visit will bear only a good fruits for the Nagas in general and the Kyongs in particular. Now, today all the Naga National leaders have resolved to settle Naga political problems with the government of India, the Kyong community therefore urges all the Naga National leaders to come together as one and bring about final political settlement.”
Moreover, A.T.Paton, Advocate said:”For a true freedom fighter there is no boundary…”
Earlier a special song - “Set my people free” was presented by Zachamo and friends, where the Chairman acknowledged the meaning and beauty of the song.
The note further added: “The meeting notwithstanding the seasonal downpour was culturally enriched by the presentation of original dance by the Phiro Cultural Troupe and Yikhum Cultural Troupe. Not to forget is the voice of Mrs.Emilo Kinghen, the Naga Idol finalist and Mr.Zachamo Ngullie
