Newmai News Network Imphal | September 24 Seven persons were injured in an IED explosion at the heart of Imphal this morning. Reports said that the blast occurred in Thangal Bazar at around 5:30am. The reports added that all the injured are being treated at Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), Imphal West district.
