Kohima, February 3 (MExN): As directed by the Addl. Dist. & Session Judge, Kohima the seized exhibits of cases in connection with Nagaland Liquor Total Prohibition Act and Narcotics Drugs Psychotropic Substance Act (both disposal and pending trial) were destroyed in the New KMC Dumping site on February 3 in the presence of M.T. Therieh, Civil Judge (Jr)/JMFC, Vikyato Sumi, APP and Inspector Puchel Sothu, P.I & other staffs.
The Civil Judge (Jr)/JMFC informed in a press release that the quantity of seized exhibits destroyed included 745 cases of Kingston/M.C. Rum, 684 cases of Beer, 13 cases of Bacardi, 27 cases of Whiskey, four cases of Vodka and 5969 Kgs of contraband Ganja.
