Every year thousands of aspirants vie for NPSC preliminary exam but due to the limited selection ratio i.e. 1:7, many genuine aspirants are left out of the race to appear Mains exam. Adding to this woe is the decreasing number of posts advertised year-by-year.
Now that the government has made an amendment to increase the ratio to 1:10, it is our humble prayer that this amendment should have an effect from this year preliminary results. When addendum can be made just before the preliminary results, this amendment should also be considered.
