Implicating Dimapur DC Ridiculous: GPRN/NSCN

There has been numerous press statements issued during the festive season by Suruhuto inmates in the name of Khaplang party, which the GPRN/NSCN did not find any good reason to respond to. Threats and intimidations to frontal leaders is their way of grabbing attention and therefore a number of NGO’s and Civil societies have rightly condemned. It is a right time for these loose cannons to realise that they continue to shrink with every bombastic statement issued in the media. History shows that Nagas cannot be cowed down through brutal tactics.

One such amusing statement of the Suruhuto gang is the allegation labelled against D.C Dimapur, which was carried in the local dailies on 4th Jan. 2012, accusing and warning her of future consequences. GPRN/NSCN clarifies that the disbursement of the grant was released to rightful institution in all fairness. The question of Dimapur D.C extracting hefty percentage for herself does not arise. The lady officer in question is a conscience driven woman and she exercised her authority judiciously without fear or favour. It would be ridiculous to expect the Deputy Commissioner of Dimapur to release the grant in favour of Suruhuto Camp or for S.S Khaplang.

GPRN/NSCN
