Dimapur, July 29 (MExN): India Youth for Christ (IYC) held a one day pastors’ meeting on July 27 at Bethesda Assembly of God Church, Dimapur in collaboration with different churches in Dimapur.
Altogether, 46 pastors attended the meeting, which had Sham Mohan, National director, YFC, Soumen Biswas, Director IYC, Kolkata, John Devadoss, Director, YFC, Ranchi as resource persons.
The resource persons shared their vision and mission to participate in the body of Christ in responsible evangelism of youth presenting them with the person, work and teachings of Christ and disciplining them into the church, a press release stated.
They also encouraged the pastors to start Youth for Christ ministry in Dimapur to accomplish the mission of reaching out to the youths.
Rev. Moses Murry, Senior pastor, Bethesda AG Church thanked the resource persons for their efforts and also the pastors for being part of the meeting.
