Dimapur, Nov 30 (MExN): The Naga Students Federation (NSF) and the Naga Mothers’ Association (NMA), strongly making clear that the November 20 assault of Naga Hoho Vice President is ‘intolerable’ cautioned that such handiworks, whether by individuals or armed groups, should never be repeated in future. The NSF and NMA in a joint statement reminded that such despicable incidences as the one the Naga leader was put through are glaring instances telling upon the law and order situation in Nagaland.
Vehemently condemning the incident where the Naga Hoho leader was insulted “beyond human expectation”, the NSF and NMA also called upon law enforcing agencies responsible for Kohima to keep vigil in and around the jurisdiction so that such incidents do not reoccur and that the people would be freed of fear psychosis. Concern authorities were also asked to take action to bring the culprits to book and be awarded befitting punishment.
