IRCS Dimapur discourages using Red Cross symbol by other orgs

Dimapur, April 30 (MExN): Managing Committee members of Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), Dimapur District Branch have resolved to discourage other organizations from using Red Cross symbol. During the meeting of the Committee at NIIT Dimapur on April 29, the members also decided to visit implementation agencies for proper implementation of Govt. schemes after getting authorization letter from the required authorities, informed a press release from IRCS, Dimapur Branch Vice-Chairman, Ajay Sethi said.  

Meanwhile, it was informed that World Red Cross Day will be observed on May 8 at Neingulie Memorial High School. All the Patrons, Vice-Patrons, Managing Committee, Life members, Junior Red Cross members & well-wishers have been requested to be present besides various leaders of the society.  

Water pump which is installed at Neisatuo colony with due assistance from many sympathizers will also be inaugurated on the day. Free dental camp will also be organised on the day at Neisatuo colony under Ajay Sethi and Yogendra Gupta, who would be the chairman & co-chairman respectively, the release added.
