Dimapur, Oct 4 (MExN): Despite the suspension order of the department of Forest, Nagaland October 24, 2005 for preparation and submission of working schemes in the state, some working schemes have been forwarded to RCCF Shillong for approval.
Although a huge number of working schemes remain pending owing to the aforesaid standing order even though there has been no directive from the higher authorities at the center eg. CEC/SIT.
The Working Scheme holders in Nagaland, taking serious view of this matter, held a meeting on September 30 and deliberated on the matter.
A decision arrived at the deliberation declared the irregularity explained above, as arbitrary and in violation of regulations.
The members have decided that all working scheme holders would pursue the matter for clearance with all financial and physical contribution, according to the holders’ Convener Kaiho Zhimo.
