JCYO cautions against vitiating peace

Kohima, August 24 (MExN): The Jail Colony Youth Organisation (JCYO) Kohima has warned against creating ruckus and disturbing the peaceful atmosphere in the colony.  

In a press release, the JCYO informed that late night parties under its jurisdiction had been creating noisy disturbances thereby disturbing the peaceful atmosphere in the colony.  

While stating any business establishment have the liberty to do business, the JCYO maintained that the businesses must limit their activities to societal norms and code of conduct and that “sanctity and welfare” of the colony must not be compromised by way of playing loud music, holding late night parties, creating ruckus etc.  

In this regard, the JCYO served a final warning to all those defaulters stating, “Henceforth, anybody found violating the laid down rules and regulations of the colony shall be strictly dealt with by the Youth Organization without any reservation or justification.”  

Meanwhile, the Jail Colony Youth Organisation Kohima also offered its deepest condolences to the bereaved family of late Lovili Chishi who met with a tragic accident on the night of August 15 at Jail Colony, Kohima.
